This site sets no cookies at all unless you accept one. There is exactly one optional cookie, it exists to give a referral partner credit, and declining it changes nothing about how the site works.

The one optional cookie
Some people arrive here through a referral link shared by a partner — a coach, a therapist, a past client, someone who thinks this work would help you. If you later decide to work with us, we'd like that partner to get credit for the introduction.
Remembering which partner sent you means storing a short code on your device for 90 days. That's the whole thing. It holds a partner code and a random number, not your name, not your email, and nothing about what you read.
It's optional because it's for our benefit, not yours. Decline and every page still works exactly the same.

Only the first is a cookie. The other two are browser storage, which never gets sent to our servers — it stays on your device to make the thing you asked for work.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no third-party cookie on this site. If that ever changes, this table changes with it and we'll ask you again.
Changing your mind
Any time, in either direction, with no penalty:
Choosing to decline also deletes the referral cookie if you'd previously accepted it. Clearing cookies in your browser works too, and we'll simply ask again next visit.
Other sites
Booking a call sends you to Calendly, and paying for something sends you to Stripe. Those are separate companies with their own cookies and their own policies. We can tell you what happens on our site; theirs is theirs.
