We do not publish figures for the programmes, because the honest answer depends on which one you actually need — and that is worth forty-five minutes of conversation rather than a guess from a table. The first conversation is free, and there is no pitch at the end of it.

Which programme actually fits
The retreat, the cohort and private coaching are different amounts of time, contact and depth. The cheapest one is not the right one if it does not address the pattern you came with.
How long we work together
Coaching runs in three or six-month blocks. The cohort is three months. A retreat is 3.5 days. Longer engagements cost more and change more, because a new response has to be practised until it holds under stress.
Whether it is you or your organization
Individual pricing is fixed per programme. Organizational work is scoped to the group, the format and the number of sessions, so it is quoted after a discovery call.
How you want to pay
Paying in full costs less than a payment plan on every programme that offers one. Both are available, and neither changes what you get.
What is always included.
- Payment plans on the cohort, coaching and the retreat. Paying in full costs less; the plan exists so cost is not the reason you skip it.
- Everything on-site at a retreat — lodging, all meals, materials, facilitation and post-retreat integration. Travel to the venue is the only thing you arrange yourself.
- No upsell at the end. The Breakthrough Session is a real session, not a sales call with a different name. If nothing we offer is your right next step, we will say so.
- A straight answer on the call. You get the actual figure and the payment options in the conversation — not a proposal three days later.
