Beyond The Man Box runs experiential workshops — typically a half-day to full-day format — that combine practical frameworks with real-time practice.

Short, memorable models for understanding what's happening in the body and the moment. Not lecture-heavy.

02 — Real practice

Participants work through real situations they're navigating, in pairs and small groups, with facilitator support.

03 — Tools

Specific language, body cues, and recovery moves they can use the day after the workshop.

We teach a five-stage map of how reactions actually happen in the body:

Most men miss the urge. That's the moment where everything can change. Once you can see it, you can choose.

We also teach the four nervous system patterns men default to under pressure — fight, flight, freeze, fawn — and the specific tools that match each.

No. We coach skills. This isn't trauma processing or clinical work.

Why men-only?

Some teams are mixed; some workshops are men-only. We tailor to the engagement. The men-only format unlocks specific dynamics that don't open up otherwise.

What does it cost?

Pricing is engagement-specific. Half-day workshops start in the low five figures.

Will this be HR-safe?
